The CMI-PB project involves a range of information and tasks, from gathering sample collection to generate experimental data, curating data to build an entire database, to visualizing data to submit prediction models. With these different components, there may be aspects you would like more information on, to better understand what is reflected in the CMI-PB data. Although we provide software documentation, some may lack the bioinformatics expertise or find that our current software documentation does not answer all their questions. In order to help address such issues, we have created the CMI-PB Solutions Center. Our Solutions Center will assist with any data analysis bottlenecks and allow researchers to pose questions that may benefit the community at large. This community forum allows researchers to come up with solutions together in a collaborative environment to help solve issues that arise while working with the data.
